Job summary

Goodyear, a nationwide leader in tires and automotive service, is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician at one of our Auto Service centers in the Detroit area. You will gain hands-on experience learning basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service; no prior experience required as you will be trained.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services (e.g., tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, filter replacements).
• Train with mid and senior technicians to expand service capabilities.
• Deliver excellent guest service and communicate clearly about guest vehicles.
• Support teamwork to meet guest expectations and safety policies.
