Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Hawaii's Nanakuli area is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service center by performing basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

No prior experience required; training provided. You will learn tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and other preventive maintenance as part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No prior automotive experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train with mid- and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication with guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels as needed.
