Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician in our Auto Service centers. You will gain hands-on experience by learning basic automotive services and delivering outstanding service to guests.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, and you will be part of a fast-paced, friendly team with opportunities for fast track advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience isn't required for this position; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting/balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with experienced technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Deliver outstanding service and maintain guest satisfaction while promoting teamwork.

As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Experience isn't required for this position. You will be trained in any skills required.

Shift Information

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays

• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
