Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an entry level Automotive Technician in Little Rock, AR. You will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to expand service capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and communicate clearly about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting and handling tires and wheels.

Shift Information

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or Previous formal automotive training
