BAM! Automotive in St. Louis Park, MN is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Technician who wants more than a simple oil change. You’ll be mentored by experienced pros while developing your skills in a busy, customer-focused shop.

Starting pay is $20/hour with the opportunity to earn up to $45/hour within 12 months as your skills grow. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, with training and clear career advancement paths.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance: oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, and scheduled maintenance.
• Tires: tire rotations, replacement, balancing, and pressure checks.
• Inspections: complete thorough digital vehicle inspections to identify needs.
• Basic Repairs: perform automotive repairs appropriate to your level.
• Vehicle Systems: learn to inspect brakes, suspension, and other systems.
• Quality Control: ensure work is completed correctly and safely.
• Teamwork: collaborate with experienced technicians and service advisors.
• Training: continuously develop skills to advance into more complex work.
