Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Willingness to work in varying environments and temperatures
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during operating hours
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Guide and mentor junior technicians
• Check oil level and tire pressure, inspect and refill fluids
• Document all work performed on repair orders
• Report safety issues to management
