Jiffy Lube International is hiring a General Service Technician in Vineland, NJ. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guest vehicles with quality workmanship and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will receive training and certification through our program to grow in the automotive service field. Responsibilities include teamwork, clear communication with guests, maintaining a clean service center, and supporting junior technicians while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures
• Excellent guest/service communication and teamwork
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying environments

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and effective communication about vehicles
• Assist in maintaining a clean, presentable service center
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians
• Perform routine vehicle service tasks and inspections
• Document work on repair orders and report safety issues to management
