You will complete a structured training program to earn service certifications and grow within the company. The position offers full-time hours, weekend availability, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, health insurance, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication and teamwork with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work performed.
