Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Service guests’ vehicles to quality standards and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a clean, presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and mentor peers.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels; perform inspections.
• Document work performed and follow safety protocols.
