Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork.
• Physically able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver quality workmanship and guest satisfaction.
• Follow training program to obtain certifications for services offered.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center.
• Document all work on the repair order and communicate oil level, tire pressure.
• Report safety issues immediately and follow policy.
