Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles with a focus on quality and safety.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and teammates.
• Assist with oil changes, tire checks, and fluid level inspections.
• Document work performed and ensure proper repair order completion.
• Follow safety policies and report issues promptly.
