Carvana is hiring for an entry-level Parts Associate at our inspection center in Old Hickory, TN. You will order and identify parts, record parts needed, and keep a tidy storage area while handling part receipt and vehicle part picks.

The role offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour, with two shifts and mandatory overtime as needed. Training programs support skill and pay progression within Carvana.

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and may undergo MVR check.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay: Starting pay for this position is $16.00/hr.
• Schedule: We offer two shifts at this location. Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.
  • First shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
  • Second shift: Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-3:30am
• Location: Our inspection center is located at: 631 Burnett Rd, Old Hickory, TN 37138

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
