Job summary

Carvana is hiring for entry-level Parts Associate positions at our Manville, NJ inspection center. You will order, identify, and record parts, and maintain an orderly storage area while receiving and picking parts for vehicles.

We provide training programs to help your skills and pay progress as you grow with Carvana. Starting pay is $17-18 per hour with two shifts (Mon-Fri 6am-3pm and Mon-Thurs 4pm-2:30am); overtime may be required.

• Able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

As a Parts Associate, you’ll be expected to order parts, identify and record parts needed, and maintain an orderly storage area while receiving and picking parts for vehicles.

Pay: Starting pay for this position is $17-18/hr

Schedule: We offer two shifts at this location. Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.

• First shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
• Second shift: Mon-Thurs 4pm-2:30am

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
