Job summary

Carvana in Plainfield, IN is hiring for an entry-level Parts Associate. You will order parts, identify and record parts needed, and maintain an orderly storage area while receiving and picking parts for vehicles.

Starting wage is $16.00/hour with two shifts; overtime may be required. Carvana offers a 401(k) match, vehicle purchase discount, and 100% company-paid healthcare premiums. Training programs are provided to develop skills and pay progress.

As a Parts Associate, you’ll be expected to order parts, identify and record parts needed, and maintain an orderly storage area while receiving and picking parts for vehicles.

• Pay: Starting pay for this position is $16.00/hr.
• Schedule: We offer two shifts at this location. Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.
  • First shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
  • Second shift: Mon-Thurs 3:30pm-2:30qm
• Location: Our inspection center is located at: 2950 East Main Street. Plainfield, IN 46168

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
