• Order parts, identify and record parts needed, and maintain an orderly storage area while receiving and picking parts for vehicles.
• Deliver excellent customer experience by ensuring timely parts delivery to meet vehicle readiness deadlines.
• Work mandatory overtime as needed to support business needs.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour depending on experience
• Shift: First shift, Monday to Friday, 6 am–3 pm (mandatory overtime may be required)
• Location: 6508 W FW Marks Dr, Greenfield, IN 46140

Qualifications

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, lifting up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment while exposed to weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Willingness to use safety equipment – face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English
• Unable to be eligible for visa sponsorship
