Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a fantastic team servicing vehicles. The role includes learning diagnostic and repair tasks, performing oil changes and tire maintenance, and road testing vehicles. Pay range: $14.37 - $22.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service is preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
