Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a supportive team and service vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role offers full-time and part-time schedules from day one, with a pay range of $11.88 to $17.82 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
