Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role provides full- and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts and competitive pay, with a pay range of $16.64–$25.99 per hour.

The Maintenance Technician will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, install tires and batteries, and road-test vehicles as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
Install and perform tire maintenance.
Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
Road test vehicles.
