Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a team servicing vehicles with full and part-time benefits from day one.

Pay range is $15.12 to $23.63 per hour, with standard compensation practices aligning to minimum wage requirements. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, oil changes, tire maintenance, battery and suspension work, and road testing.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
