Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a fantastic team servicing vehicles. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform maintenance, tire services, and road-test vehicles.

The role offers a pay range of $14.37–$22.45 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, paid time off, training, and opportunities for ASE certifications. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
