Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a maintenance technician to service vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care locations across the U.S. You will diagnose basic automotive issues, perform routine maintenance, and support tire-related tasks.

Full- and part-time benefits start on day one. A valid driver's license and a willingness to learn are required; prior automotive service experience is a plus. The role offers a stable path with training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
