Tulley Automotive Group is seeking entry-level Maintenance Technicians to join our Service and Sales teams in Nashua, NH. We offer a clean, well-maintained, air-conditioned shop, ongoing training, and a supportive environment to grow your skills and career.

Many technicians advance to Lead, Master Technician, or Service Management roles. We value development and provide clear paths to ASE certifications and professional growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow safety procedures in a shop.
• Interest in pursuing ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Rotate, repair, and replace tires.
• Test and replace batteries.
• Check and top off fluids.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings.
• Keep the service bay clean and organized.
• Follow company training plans to build skills.
• Assist technicians and communicate with service advisors.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including:

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations, repairs, and replacements
• Battery testing and replacement
• Fluid checks and top-offs (coolant, brake, transmission, etc.)
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and work area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards
• Use proper tools and equipment to perform services efficiently and correctly
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Follow company training plans to build skills and pursue ASE certifications
• Assist technicians and other team members as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership in a professional manner
