Job summary

Sullivan Tire And Auto Service is hiring an Entry Level Technician to perform basic tire service and preventive maintenance on customer vehicles. You will work with store management to meet productivity and customer satisfaction standards while following company policies.

Responsibilities include mounting/dismounting tires, balance, lube/oil/filter changes, safety inspections, and basic repairs. Must be a team player with strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mount/dismount tires, balance, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
