• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with automotive tire and basic vehicle maintenance services.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires on passenger and light trucks.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on various vehicles.
• Document vehicle safety inspections.
• Handle unsupervised basic maintenance tasks (headlights, belts, batteries, wipers).
• Collaborate with store management to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area and proper waste disposal.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
