Job summary

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service is seeking an Entry Level Technician to perform basic vehicle maintenance and tire services on customer vehicles. The role emphasizes quality workmanship and customer satisfaction in a retail setting.

You will work with store management to maintain productivity, profitability, and service standards while following company controls and procedures. This is an opportunity to grow in an employee-owned organization that values teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance tires and perform repairs on passenger and light truck tires.
• Lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Document vehicle safety inspections.
• Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Collaborate with store management to meet productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Keep a neat, clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
