Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is hiring an Entry Level Technician to perform basic vehicle maintenance and tire services. You will work with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards while following internal controls and procedures.

The role involves tire mounting/balancing, lube/oil/filter changes, safety inspections, and routine maintenance tasks on diverse vehicles.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic conflict resolution skills and teamwork mindset.
• Understanding of automotive tire and auto service basics.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires for passenger/light trucks.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Document and perform vehicle safety inspections.
• Carry out unsupervised vehicle maintenance (headlights, belts, batteries, wipers).
• Collaborate with management to maintain productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and dispose of waste properly.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
