Sullivan Tire is seeking an Entry Level Technician to perform entry-level vehicle maintenance and tire services, delivering high quality results and customer satisfaction. You will work with store management to ensure productivity and profitability while following internal controls and procedures.

Responsibilities include mounting, balancing and repairing tires, performing basic maintenance like oil changes, and conducting safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Knowledge of automotive tires and service a plus.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires on passenger and light truck vehicles.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and document results.
• Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Collaborate with store management to maintain productivity and profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and proper waste disposal.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
