Job summary

Firestone Complete Auto Care in Ohio is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a strong team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and conduct road tests as part of daily work.

The role offers full- and part-time schedules with day-one benefits, including an ASE certification program. Pay ranges from $13.20 to $19.80 per hour, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
