Job summary

Luther Hopkins Honda is seeking an entry level Auto Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and brakes. You will use diagnostic tools and standard test drives to monitor performance and ensure work meets dealership specifications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow direction while working independently.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• ASE certification is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems
• Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
• Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure customer communication
