- Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with service department to address guest concerns.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
- Communicate guest concerns effectively with teammates.
- Support technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
