Job summary

DriveTime Automotive Group in Stockbridge, GA is seeking an entry level Automotive Technician to perform basic vehicle repairs and maintenance, conduct emissions testing where required, and document all work in DriveTime systems.

You will work with inventory vehicles, learn computer systems, follow safety rules, and grow with a company that values training, benefits, and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Certificate or Associate degree in automotive technology or 2+ years automotive repair experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic automotive repair and safe operation of tools and equipment.
• Must be able to learn and use DriveTime computer systems and documentation tools.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle repairs and maintenance on inventory vehicles.
• Conduct emissions testing where applicable and document results.
• Explain repairs to management to minimize rework and delays.
• Maintain organized work area and ensure safety and compliance.
