The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in an Auto Service center. You will learn basic services and deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required; we train you in tire mounting, balancing, oil changes, and other preventive maintenance while offering competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting/balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with experienced technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Demonstrate guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and safety policies.
