The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician in New York. You will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Learn and perform basic automotive services: mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and routine maintenance.
Train with mid and senior technicians to expand service capabilities.
Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and vehicle status feedback.
Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and adhere to safety policies.
Perform manual tasks including heavy lifting and tire handling as required.
