Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers, learning basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. No prior experience required; we train you.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience isn't required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and communicate about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
