JIFFY LUBE is seeking a General Service Technician in McHenry, IL to start your career servicing guest vehicles and learning through our training program. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure service center remains clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed.
• Report safety issues to management.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and bending as required.
