Jiffy Lube International is hiring a General Service Technician at 5147 Golf Road, Skokie, IL. In this entry-level role, you will service our guests' vehicles with a focus on quality work and excellent guest experience.

Through our training program, you will earn certification and grow within a team that values safety and efficiency. You'll join a busy service center with a schedule that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues to management and follow company policies.
