Qualifications

• 3+ months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Assist and mentor junior automotive technicians as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and document work performed on repair orders.
