Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the Midas franchisee, is hiring General Service Technicians for our Youngstown, OH service center. You’ll perform oil, tire and lube tasks, install tires and wheels, and contribute to safe vehicle operation while earning a stable base pay plus weekly bonuses.

No experience is required; we provide paid training. We offer a 5-day work week with Sundays off and a competitive benefits package, including a 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, and

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required; we will train motivated individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments tied to every service in addition to base pay.
