Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for our Florence, KY location. No experience is required; we provide PAID training to get you started in automotive service.

As a General Service Technician, you’ll install tires and wheels, perform tire services, rotations, balancing and repairs, and earn weekly bonuses on top of base pay. We offer benefits, training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience: Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles operating safely.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments on top of base hourly rate.
