Starting compensation includes a $4,000 monthly onboarding guarantee for the first three months, followed by performance-based earnings. Expect annual compensation in the $60,000–$90,000 range as you build your sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist dealership customers professionally.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs and priorities.
• Conduct a complete customer needs analysis.
• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Learn and maintain Chevrolet product knowledge and conduct vehicle presentations.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Set and confirm customer appointments and follow up with customers.
