Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.
• Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approach and talk to customers who enter the dealership lot.
• Determine customer needs and wants through listening and questions.
• Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Explain paperwork, warranties, and vehicle purchases clearly.
• Close sales by addressing objections and completing contracts while maintaining rapport.
