• Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory.
• Explain paperwork, warranty, and vehicle purchase process to the customer.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, and completing contracts.
• Maintain rapport with current and previous customers to cultivate repeat business.
