Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus and able to communicate with customers and team members.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management.
• Able to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
