Adecco is hiring for an entry-level assembler at a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, Ohio. You will join the assembly line in a safety-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality, and efficiency.

No prior manufacturing experience is required, and training is provided to help you start strong. This role offers 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift options with pay between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour, plus overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience necessary—entry-level positions available.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants are required.
• Ability to stand throughout your shift with regular breaks.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
