Adecco is partnering with a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, OH to hire entry-level workers for assembly line roles. No manufacturing experience is required, and there is a clear path to permanent placement after 60 days.

You will be part of a safety-focused team that values teamwork, quality, and efficiency. Pay starts at $17.00/hour on the first shift and $18.00/hour on second and third shifts, with overtime and Saturday options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants required.
• Ability to stand throughout your shift with regular breaks.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
• Strong work ethic, safety and quality commitment.

Responsibilities

• Work on the assembly line in an automotive parts manufacturing environment.
• Support safety, quality, and efficiency on the production line.
• Participate in training and adapt to scheduled shifts.
• Overtime may be required, including optional Saturday shifts.
