Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician in Florida. You will be part of a team servicing vehicles and gain on-the-job training along with ASE certs funded by the company.

The role offers both full- and part-time options with benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, vacation, and a 401(k) match. Pay ranges from $12.54 to $18.81 per hour and there is daily pay availability through the program.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile drivers license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
