Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring an entry level Maintenance Technician to join a strong team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance and road test vehicles.

Full and part-time benefits start day one, with a tool program, and a pay range of $11.88–$17.82 per hour. We offer ongoing training, ASE certifications, flexible scheduling, 401(k) matching, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license required at all times.
• Experience in automotive service preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
