Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in which you will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform tire maintenance. The role offers full- and part-time options with benefits from day one, including tool discounts and on-the-job training.

You will be part of a supportive team responsible for servicing vehicles, performing maintenance services, and road-testing vehicles to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
