Job summary

Titus-Will Toyota in Tacoma, WA is hiring for a full-time entry-level automotive technician pathway. We train motivated individuals with hands-on work, offering factory training and certification opportunities within a friendly, family-owned shop.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, rising to $22.00 after Toyota Maintenance Certification. Saturdays are required as part of a defined service department schedule.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; training is provided.
• Automotive, mechanical, or shop experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Interest in growing into a certified automotive technician.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow dealership safety and service procedures.
