Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an entry‑level Maintenance Technician to join a strong team servicing vehicles at our Nashville operation. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and install batteries and shock absorbers.

Qualifications

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and maintenance.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and components.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance and related tasks.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles after service to ensure quality.
